The four large bedrooms and three bathrooms surround a massive internal living area with an impressive raised feature ceiling and a spacious kitchen at one end, which separates the sleeping areas. Property has been fully refurnished, with everything fresh and new, and provides Wi-Fi. Property Features: Large Open Plan Living Room (Television, DVD, Bluetooth Sound System) Kitchen with breakfast bar Nespresso coffee pod machine + 10 pods supplied Bedroom 1: King Sized with Ensuite (Television) Bedroom 2: King Sized with Ensuite (Television) Bedroom 3:Tri-bunk and Double Sofa Bed (Television, DVD) Bedroom 4: King Sized (Can be unzipped) Large Family Bathroom Laundry with Washing Machine, Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron Second Tiled Wet Area (Butlers Kitchen) with Fridge/Freezer and Chest Freezer for large families, with a separate water closet (4th Toilet) Outside: Covered Verandas front and rear. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets.
