So beutiful, quiet, clean and the most friendliest of welcomes! The host was lovely, warm and welcoming and very helpful. Stayed for one night on a business trip but so impressed will be booking it again for a longer stay as a little holiday. Surrounding countryside was so beutiful and peaceful. 10 minutes from Exeter city centre, although you would not believe it with all the beutifull fields, horese and peace around you here. We have stayed here several times as we always have such a fantastic welcome. Breakfast is lovely and the hosts go out of their way in terms of hospitality.
