Hi Demi Thank you for your rating! I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with car parking. Due to our location we are unable to accommodate our own car parking facilities. There is a car park two minuets up the road from which can used during and overnight. Our friendly team would of been more than happy to advise you on where to park before or during your stay. I do hope you had a pleasant experience despite this downfall.

I appreciate you raising concern on the hot water and will look into this, please always feel like you can speak to the staff at the time so we can resolve this during your stay.
