Studio apartment was nice.

Joell was very responsive with suggestions and answering questions. I would of rented her place anyway, but steps and stairs getting into apartment with luggage would be go to know for older adults.

Exactly what we needed for our stay in Everett! Very comfortable and even provided a great amount of recommendations of places to visit while there! Our host was also very communicative and kind!

Musty smell but cute place

This was a cute set up however I have a very sensitive sense of smell and the musty smell both coming up the stairs and in the unit got to me so bad I couldn’t sleep at all. At first inspection of the bed there was two white pillows on the bed that had dirty spots on the back of them, and the first knife I pulled out of the knife block was dirty. We were also woken up by 8 cops pulling up on the street on a person yelling at him to put his hands up that he is under arrest and more cops walking the street searching for others. Also the light by the bed turned on by itself 3 times in the middle of the night by itself waking us up and then in the morning I was woke up by a lady running down the road screaming. We ended up leaving and not stay for the second night we booked.

Clean and well-located

This cozy apartment had everything we needed for our short stay in Everett. The studio was as described, kept neat, and well located to all that we needed. The mattress was comfortable. We would gladly stay at Joell's place again.

Everett Sunny studio

It was nice and comfortable reminiscent of where I grew up. Unfortunately on the last day the internet broke so I've been without internet for 24 hours now. Other than that it's been fantastic.

Short vacation

I enjoyed my stay at the studio. The location was perfect and it was a nice neighborhood. The only downfall was a lady that confronted me for coming in an hour early before going in to the studio and she was super rude. I sat on the stairs and waited for 4:00 pm.

We come yearly to Everett to see our adult children and grandchildren. Turns out our daughter Brigid use to work with Joelle . The apartment was just great. A tremendous amount of thought was put into every detail. Thank you for going over and above.
