This is a home originally built in the early 1900's and has some nice remodeling completed. The neighborhood is great for walking with beautiful homes along the frontage road. You can hear the morning & evening bugling from the Everett Naval base. The home was well stocked and everything worked. Some of the louvered blinds are showing wear and could use replacement. The doors in the kitchen are secured and signage that a deck will be coming soon. That will be a nice feature for morning coffee or evening cocktails. It was then that she notified me the place was double booked and we were stuck trying to find a place to stay. We were told to contact vrbo directly. I was on the phone with vrbo for over an hour trying to find a place to stay on 4th of July weekend. They eventually booked us a hotel for 2 days then we had to find another vrbo for the remainder of our trip. It was hectic and we were very disappointed. I really can’t rate the property because we never got to stay there, but for the sake of this review I had to give it some sort of rating. ##### pat s.
