Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM (enforced by the city). Smoking/Vaping is not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in additional fees. We allow 1 small dog for a $25 fee. We liked the neighborhood and enjoyed a stroll around the block. We felt very safe there. The bugle from the docks is quaint, occurring twice per day during our short stay. The morning song was fun for us, but could disturb a late sleeper. The bath tub is lovely for a soak. Bigger persons may prefer a bath over the shower because the curtain felt a little close.
