"Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. "Breakfast was mediocre, lukewarm, and exactly the same each day, which is a drag when you're staying multiple days. Coffee was quite dreadful. Thankfully I was the only one in the bed, as it had a person-sized divot in the middle from all the previous occupants; new mattresses or at least turning them would be a plus. Asked for a new lightbulb in my room as it was missing entirely, took them 24 hours and 2 requests to brig one. Charged an additional "service" fee on top of my Hotels.com prepaid...

"We loved this sweet apartment in downtown Evanston! It’s super-close to the L (Dempster), Trader Joe‘s, and great places to eat, and is equipped for light cooking if desired. Immaculate, too. We plan to stay here whenever we visit our son. Easy access to keys, well-secured building, safe area. Just great!"
