Found out upon arrival that owners were living there as well, which was not advertised on VRBO. Owners were kind and didnt affect the trip. There was some construction to the deck and seawall during stay, not bothersome, just unexpected. Recommend providing some fisherman friendly items; fish cleaning sink, rod holders mounted to deck, etc. Lakes Marion and Moultrie are in the top 5 for catfishing destinations in the U.S., would bring some vacationers looking to fish. It was lovely and quiet, surrounded by beautiful old live oaks. Once you navigated the stairs, which are rather steep, the door opens into a wonderful living space with three bedrooms, a complete kitchen and a living room with a view of the lake. There are two decks and the larger one, off the living room, has a lovely view of the lake. Each bedroom has a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The downside is, if you are bringing family members, there is only one bathroom. The shower is amazing and there is a powder room at the foot of the stairs. ##### Susan M.
