It looked lovely, HOWEVER, I am elderly and a hot bath is very important to me. I had a room with a tub however there were no drain plugs in either the tub or the sink. I couldn’t even contain water to wash my face. All they said was “sorry “.

If you are needing a place to stay when Tuscaloosa has an event and their hotel prices are nuts, this is a good budget option. The room was clean and as pictured. The staff is very friendly and nice. The breakfast is fairly non existent. There aren’t many restaurants near by. But if you need a basic inexpensive room, you could do far worse.

Middle of nowhere. No food near except gas station. Windows were broken when we arrived and curtain had bullet holes across the top. Not recommended.

Great 1-night stay
The rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfy after a long drive. They have really good customer service and the hotel staff were very friendly and kind. I would recommend staying here.

We didn’t even stay. We decided to drive 3 hrs home rather than stay here. The property is not well kept. The ac in the room wasn’t on so it was hot. There was dead bugs in the windowsill and a whole live spider. It says free breakfast that the only place to eat it from what I could tell is with the front desk attendant. It seems great for a local drug dealer to run his business or if one is involved with human trafficking

Not as nice as we had hoped, but clean.
The first room they put us in was a smoking room, because the online booking said that was the only room available. There was a noise in the bathroom, something to do with the plumbing, and they were unable to repair it, so they moved us into a better room (which apparently was available). I will say that the lighting outside the windows was so bright you could read a newspaper inside the room at night. The breakfast left a little to be desired as well. There was a toaster and fresh bread, but no butter. Froot Loops and Corn Flakes were the only cereal options, but they did have packaged pastries and muffins. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and overall, it was a good stay.

Room is DISGUSTING. Bathroom is disgusting. They need to do a remodel immediately. Dead & alive bugs in room, brown smudges on walls and ceilings. Tub is disgusting. Fridge was disgusting with yellow stains inside. No one should have to stay in a hotel like this. Expensive pet stay for NO REASON . Room too dirty to even want your pet walking around. Will NEVER stay here again .

Nice for a night or two!
I was a bit skeptical but I have to say it was a nice stay. The room was clean, renovated, and had a fridge and a microwave. I did not eat the free breakfast to safe time, but it looked basic. The toilet should have been replaced during the renovation, it was old & very low (maybe too low for older folks) but it was clean! As far as I could tell there wasn’t much around it except for a gas station.

Good for the Location and Price!
The Travel Inn was a good place to stay in the area. The beds and linens were clean. It was eight off the interstate and one of the better budget loactions I have stayed!

This room was nasty. They had put some new furniture and new carpet in the room but the room reeked of cigarette smoke! The sofa was filthy and the curtains were dirty and falling down. This was definitely not as described!!
