"This was the perfect stay for the trade show at the Messe. It is very close by and walkable. It was really cool being on the water and the dining was also great. It was a bit hard to find at first as it's not visible from the street and there aren't any signs."

"An interesting take on “bed and breakfast”, this “boat and breakfast” is a novel take on Venice but don’t expect hotel comfort! Cabins are very small and a bit damp - typical of a sailboat - but clean. Be sure to know exactly where you’re going - the marker on the Expedia map is not in the right place!"

"Room excellent, had opening window for some fresh air, a good-sized single room. The bathroom was fine and an espresso machine was included in the price. The only downside was that the room opposite this one 724, either 726 or 723, had a door closer that was set too tight and made the door slam very often including waking me in the night. Breakfast was also superb with an excellent choice and service. It was good to go down the surviving art deco staircase to this. It would be great to see more of this restored on the ground floor round the entrance area with future upgrades of the hotel. Thank you."
