Feet) Semi-secluded romantic, country cabin with full kitchen and comfortable sitting area, gas fireplace and satellite tv. This cozy cabin offers a King size bed as well as a oversize jetted tub with separate shower. Relax on the large covered porch or enjoy cooking outdoors on the gas grill. Some things to note: this cabin is one of four cabins and are they are for adults only, no children are allowed; there is no internet access provided and cell phone service is limited due to the rural location; there is approximately one mile of dirt road to reach the cabins. This property is located in the country just outside of Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. The Eagle Rock Recreation area offering a public swimming beach and Marina is a fifteen minute drive (day use fees apply). Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a twenty minute drive. Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course. The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. But you get absolutely no cell phone service there and check in/out is all sent via email so you have to drive into town to receive them. The cabin is cute and secluded but there was no phone and no cell phone service. The cabinet smelled musty and the toilet bowl was brown with iron deposits. The mattress needed to be replaced as well. The kitchen had old pots and pans that needed to be replaced. This was our most disappointing VRBO experience ever. We have always given 5 star reviews. We only stayed 1 night of our two night stay. We notified the management with a text as they requested stating that we were checking out early and the reasons why we did. They did not respond. If they would have, I may have given them a higher rating. By the way, you cannot send checkout information via email to clients staying in a cabin with NO CELL SERVICE.
