This beautiful home is 3,480 sq. ft. with all the comforts of home; with a large modern kitchen complete with all the appliances and cooking amenities perfect for entertaining, 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 1 master bath with dual sinks and tub. Dining room for 6 is adjacent to a living area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the scenic Kings River. Sleeps 11 The upper level hosts the Master bedroom which has a king size bed and private bath with tub, and access leading out to the spacious deck; and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 additional full bathroom. The lower level contains a large recreational living area with ping pong table, poker table, bar, small café table, microwave, coffee pot, and mini refrigerator. 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bedroom with a full and twin size bunk bed share 1 full bathroom. Please Note: This property features a spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for young children, individuals with mobility issues, or those uncomfortable with narrow or steep steps. Guests should use caution when going up and down the stairs. Handrails are provided, but please take care, especially when carrying luggage or belongings. Large Deck overlooking Kings River complete with hot tub, patio table for 9 with lounge chairs, and gas grill. Close proximity to Hwy 221 with easy access to home and river. Located on the “Trigger Gap” area of the Kings River. Located 12 miles from Eureka Springs and less than 1 mile to Kings River Outfitters to rent all your canoeing and floating gear for the river. Our Kings River home does have 200 yards of dirt road at the entrance of the property. We have had many motorcycles at this property and do provide a large storage shed for protection but we do want our guests to be aware of this prior to making a reservation. There is no cellular reception in a 10-15 mile radius of the home. We do have a cellular repeater installed in the home but we can not guarantee its efficiency due to your cellular provider, where you are in the home, cloud coverage, etc. We do have wifi so you can enable wifi calling on your cellular phones to make and receive calls, texts, etc. Parties & Events: We do not allow parties or other special events at our vacation rental. The minimum fee is $500 for any unauthorized event that we find out about after the fact. We reserve the right to deny occupancy to any group who has an unauthorized party or event at the rental home.
