With a bright, spacious interior, large windows, two covered decks and porch swings, this property makes it easy to relax and admire the lake view, sunrise, and sunset. The space THE PROPERTY Lake Access | Privacy | 1540 Sq Ft Bedroom 1: King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen bed | Bedroom 3: Queen bed and twin futon. Master bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen Smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and walk out to upper deck. Bathroom with tub/shower can be shared between master and second bedroom guests. The third bedroom sports a queen bed, futon, ceiling fan and Smart TV. This bedroom can easily be separated from the rest of the house and has its own entry, for additional privacy. Clean, inviting, relaxing. We booked all 3 bedrooms, which included a private bedroom space within an adjoining full apartment. So we had access to TWO full kitchens had we needed them. Home was fully stocked with all equipment to prepare complete meals. Washer and dryer was a helpful bonus! Decor was lovely and every detail was thought of--even a first aid kit! We were looking for a location convenient to Eureka Springs, yet away from the hustle and bustle, and this was perfect!! Morning coffee and dinners on the back deck, nestled in the trees, was the absolute best way to start and end each day. We had a few questions, and Barbara was exceptionally gracious and responsive. Had a little issues with Vrbo but Barb handled everything fabulously. We were comfortable and had a lot of fun. While away from the hustle, the house was still close to everything....grocery store, restaurants, shopping, swimming, fishing, golf and more.
