With easy access to the shores of Glen Lake and both the Ten Lakes Scenic Area and Kootenai National Forest, there's no shortage of opportunities to set out on foot and explore the rugged terrain. Lace up your boots and hit the trails to explore pristine alpine lakes, towering peaks, and lush forests teeming with life. In the winter months, nearby snow-capped peaks offer skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing adventures for all skill levels. Secluded cabin - you just might go your entire stay w/o hearing another soul. The quiet is real and if you’re blessed with a clear sky… the wrap around porch is a perfect place to enjoy it. We were here in the winter, snowy fields as far as we could see. Had plenty of wood for the stove and a warm home with several heat options to ensure a comfy temp at all times.
