Also Pay attention to posted signs in Eureka, there is 2 hour parking during business hours all throughout old town and on the 1st street side of the building if you shall need to park on the street. There is so much outside light that comes inside all night. No nightlight necessary. Full daylight all night from the parking lot and exterior lighting. The parking lot and alley are very noisy until well after 2:00 am when all the bars close. The upstairs is stuffy and for the life of me, I couldn't get a window to open. If you're not a light sleeper you can handle it here. If you are, it's rough. ##### Kimberly R. There is also walking along the bay right across the street. The check-in process is a couple steps but Tia’s instructions were extremely helpful. The interior of the building is a little stuffy but the actual unit itself is very spacious and well kept. Heating worked great. Beds were comfy and so were the linens. Lots of closet and drawer space. Parking was extremely easy and convenient! I loved having a lot (versus find your own street parking, etc.). Parking lot stays well-lit near the building at night. Thoughtful addition of items such as the white noise machine in the bedroom and polenty of products in the bathroom in case we needed it.
