The host is very easy to reach and fast and friendly about resolving any issues. There is a park and a grocery store within walking distance. The only warning I have about the property is the stairs at front door are a little steep. But the backdoor has a rail and is easier for those with bad knees, or hips. And the floors squeaks. We had two little dogs so the dog park across the street was perfect. Loved the dishwasher and laundry. We were ok with the hot water taking a while in the shower, it was super clean and with excellent shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Air conditioner really helped in the main room, fans in bedrooms.
