But very expensive for the value. After dozens of rentals, this is our worst experience. How it started: I couldn’t find even one roll of toilet paper, and the code didn’t work for the washer/dryer room, so I called the first number. He was out of town, and couldn’t help. We had to leave for an event, so I gave up. How it ended: on the fourth night, the bedframe broke in the middle of the night. I let them know, and he said sorry. Hope no one got hurt. Communication could have been a little better and we had one temporary neighborhood issue that was resolved but otherwise, everything turned out nice.
