Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mtn biking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing and rock climbing all within 20-45 min of the home. Other Things to Note: \~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District. \~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. \~This property DOES NOT allow pets. \~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. \~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. Interaction with Guests: I am available via the Airbnb app or am just a phone call away. It is convenient to I-5 and getting around the Eugene area. If I had a comment not on the plus side it would be that while it certainly can sleep 10, there is only really 3 true bedrooms. There is a room/office with a door that has a fold out couch and a fold out in the living room.
