#### Spoil your taste buds with exclusive wines, made with the sole purpose of accompanying food, in this boutique winery in the Hunter Valley.

As one of the most exclusive winemakers in the Hunter Valley, Saddler’s Creek Wines has developed a reputation for its premium red, white and dessert wines. The winery’s philosophy is that a good wine should always accompany food because it enhances flavours. This is why Saddler’s Creek Wines offers cellar door tastings with instructions on how to combine each blend with certain foods. The winery also offers recipes for dishes that pair well with its wines.  
  
A visit to Saddler’s Creek Wines is a relaxing experience. The sandstone building is in a rustic bush setting away from the sounds of main roads. As you enter the cellar door, you can feel you are in for a treat. Nearly all of Saddler’s Creek sales are made through their cellar door, so the staff is driven to give you the best possible experience.  
  
Embark on a Taste Flight at the cellar door to sample the whole range, or try a small sample of the collection in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Discover the various flavour profiles in the Saddler’s Creek range, which are made from fruits sourced from Australia’s most renowned wine regions, not just the Hunter Valley.  
  
Because the producers at Saddlers Creek’s are so passionate about both wine and food, and believe the two are best consumed together, you will learn special recipes to complement your favourite wines.  
  
While mostly known for their award-winning Bluegrass Reserve range, the winemakers also offer a members-only range of vintage bottles. You become a member of Club Equus if you sign up, for free, for invites for future tastings and discount specials. The winery has also teamed up with upscale restaurants in Sydney, where it runs exclusive wine events.  
  
Saddler’s Creek Wines is located in Pokolbin, close to Cessnock, in the heart of the Hunter Valley’s wine district. Visitors arriving by car will find free on-site parking at the cellar door. The estate can be reached by bus, but there is a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the winery. The cellar door is open daily and there is no fee to taste the wines.
