“Where can we rent boats, etc?”
Some great options right down the road are Twin Creeks Marina or Blue Gill :)
“Is there a place to park vehicles and a boat trailer?”
Yes, we have a long flat concrete driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles and a boat trailer. The roads are paved and any type of vehicle can easily get to the property.
"Is the home gated?"
No, the property is not gated. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with very little through-traffic, only a neighbor or two now and then.
"Do you have a pet fee? Weight or breed restrictions?"
Yes, we require a pet fee for furry friend (dogs only, no cats). If the platform allows you to select that you’re bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. You’ll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking.
We have no weight or breed restrictions. $150 pet fee is due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to 2 dogs during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way. Dogs must be crated when you're not home or if they're unsupervised.
"Is there a Keurig machine in one or both of the buildings?"
There’s a dual brew coffee machine that does both Keurig-style single serve and drip coffee.
"What kind of grill do you have?"
We have a charcoal grill that you're welcome to use, our guests bring their own charcoal, lighter, etc.
“What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”
Our minimum age required to book is 18 :)
“Do you offer payment plans?”
By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the event that one is offered by Airbnb, you will see the option when booking.
"How many TV's are in the houses?"
There are 2 high definition 4K TV's (one in the living room + one in the master bedroom) along with lightning fast Wifi throughout each house for on demand entertainment.
"Do you offer discounts?"
You will get an automatic 10% discount if you book at least 7 nights and 20% discount for monthly stays.
"Are boats included with the property?"
No, but you can easily rent boats and fun water rentals right down the street! Then use our private lakefront dock to enjoy the lake and soak up the sun :)
