Had everything thing our family needed. The view was wonderful! The location was just outside the entrance to the Park and so close to town. Great proximity to the park entrance. Far enough outside of Estes park to be away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy the town when we wanted. Straight forward communication.
