We saw some reviews mention that the place and decorations felt dated but we thought it was actually very homey and cute and my daughter in law took several pictures as inspiration for her own home. We enjoyed being so close to downtown and we also had a sense of privacy from only having a few neighbors. The place was very clean and had great spaces to relax and spend time together. Overall, a great experience to be here with family and spend time in Estes. We hope to be back. The only downside is that most of the beds were not very comfortable. ##### Vicki M. The headboard on one of the twin beds upstairs was not attached to the bed so when you turned over it knocked against the wall. We had six women staying in the house and literally had two rows of toilet paper. We looked all over and could not find any more. The upstairs beds are not comfortable and it was very hot even with fans blowing. The upstairs shower is for children, very small and the shower head is chest high.
