The property was clean, with fresh furnishings, fixtures, and decor. When we arrived, there were several elk across the stream to welcome us to Colorado. My kids and I loved listening to the stream, and my son even did fly fishing in it (with/ a fishing license). This was really an awesome vacation rental, and we couldn't have been happier. We had an issue with the microwave not working and were offered to move to another unit but we were already settled and chose not to move. They apparently knew abt the problem the day before so I wish manager would have told us abt the microwave before we checked in to know what to expect or to have the option of another unit. You’re close to town — but still along side the river. The cleanliness of the VRBO was perfect- we had everything we needed and then some. Walking distance to everything in downtown Estes. Wonderful back porch with the babbling brook running right behind us which was so peaceful.
