Location made it easy to get to RMNP and it was a very easy nice walk to the shops. We got lucky and some elk came to the river for our own personal viewing! It was a festival weekend while we were there and there was a nice concert at the pavilion across from our unit. We were able to listen from the comfort of the unit’s front balcony. The unit and area are delightfully quiet even with the concert as it ended by 8:30\. We really appreciated the modern aesthetic and tasteful decor. It made our time at the unit very comfortable.
