Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise. Take a stroll to Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate in front of the gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing your meals with full size appliances. At the end of the day enjoy a glass of wine on your deck, while taking in the brilliant night skies. Though it is in a few deck photo's there is not longer a grill at the unit. The open living area you'll notice the comfortable Full-size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and magnificent mountain views. Enjoy the Private Hot Tub after a day of hiking! The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom right next door. The Master suite features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with rain fall shower head in the extra large shower. This condo will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Window Unit Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The onsite, shared outdoor pool will open Memorial Day weekend, Through Labor Day weekend weather permitting. This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use. This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park. Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 22 through October 20, 2026\. We struggled to get out of the couch and the chair once we were seated. Also all the steps were very challenging for us unloading and loading coolers and luggage. As we pulled up, the condos were beautiful, with gorgeous views. This one was the least updated building of the bunch, but i think they were getting ready to work on it. Getting in was easy & the condo was so cute. My only issue was the bathroom in one of the bedrooms. There were clumps of hair & dust bunnies all along the floor & the base of the shower looked like it needed a good scrubbing. Everything else was so pretty. There is only a window AC unit in the living room so the bedrooms do not get any AC. My husband and I ended up sleeping in the guest bedroom where we could have the window open to cool down the room. Beds are very small and hard as well. We had an issue with the hot tub one night but the owner got right on it and fixed it for us the next day. Sep 30, 2024 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Could've been so much better First the good points, we really loved the location, the views from the deck were spectacular and sitting in the hot tub at night listening to the elk bugle was magical. But unfortunately there was a pretty long list of things that weren't right or weren't as expected. Overall, floors, tables, and side tables were very dirty, especially the floors. We found food, hair and Tylenol pills on the floor. There were long blonde hairs all over the back of the sofa and the living room furniture was very worn out and impossible to sit on. The blinds on the French patio doors in the second bedroom had something spilled on them like coffee or hot chocolate and the lock on the door was broken as was the bracket holding the blinds onto the door. Those doors opened to basically nowhere to a dirty, dark area where other broken stuff was accumulating. The refrigerator door was missing most of the shelf bars so the door shelves couldn’t be used. The bottom fridge shelf center support was broken so only very light things could be put on that shelf. The dishwasher soap dispenser door was broken and couldn’t be closed. The nightlight in the kitchen was broken. The extra throw blankets in linen closet were dirty, as was the bedspread in the second bedroom. We had to wash both bedspreads. Stains on the floor in shower. Chocolate candy crumbs on the dresser in the second bedroom. Kitchen window wouldn’t stay open on its own and had to be propped open.
