Mount Cirrus 10B is a luxurious 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular mountain views. Just a stone's throw away from Mary's Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks. The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and magnificent mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six, a breakfast bar and everything needed for easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen. Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub while enjoying the surrounding views. (Private hot tubs are not intended for children, due to safety issues.) The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with large jetted bathtub. Mount Cirrus 10B will keep guests warm in the winter with a cozy gas fireplace, and cool in the summer with central AC. Accommodating up to six people, this lovely condo will be the perfect mountain home away from home. What to be aware of: Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills. Please do not mail or ship anything to this home. No reserved parking. Parking may not be right in front of your condo. No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply. No outside fires. Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight. Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. Quiet time at 9pm. Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town. Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival. The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, community hot tub (this condo has a private one) and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. We really enjoyed staying here! The only thing to be aware of is this condo is on the first level of a two story condo building. There is a hot tub on the deck of the upstairs condo just above the patio table & chairs of this condo. When people staying upstairs get out of the hot tub, a fair amount of water drips through the upstairs deck so you need to be listening for people upstairs in the hot tub if you are sitting on the patio to avoid getting wet. ##### Kristen V.
