This retreat in the woods has snowcapped mountain views and beautiful rock outcroppings from every angle. This property provides the perfect place to call home as a 30 day vacation rental home. It provides a great option for those who are looking to stay more than a few days for less than a licensed short term rental would cost. Features include multiple common gathering area, a stunning stone fireplace, Australian Cypress wood flooring, new Trex deck offering outdoor living from 3.5 sides of the house, a 2 car garage, game room, exercise room and a craft area. It is a great place to call home if you are in Estes Park for work or play. This home offers 3 bedrooms, a loft sleeping area, 3 baths, and large gathering spaces. It is a great place to call home when you not exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. As you walk in the front door, you’ll immediately fall in love with this homes open/vaulted floor plan, including great room, kitchen, dinning area. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dual fuel oven, dishwasher, microwave and four person bar area. As you move through the living room you will find two bedrooms on the main level, including the primary bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. From this living room you can go up the stairs to find an office area and a loft sleeping area with four twin beds. Also from the hallway you will find the stairs down to the lower level where you find the third queen bedroom, craft area and access to the lower patio area.
