Relax in the hot tub while viewing the breathtaking views of Longs Peak, Meeker and Twin Sisters. Breathe in the fresh warm summer breezes on the two decks.

Nestled deep in the mountains is this captivating 3200 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home that sleeps 10; it will amaze you! Relax in the hot tub while viewing the breathtaking views of Longs Peak, Meeker and Twin Sisters. Breathe in the fresh warm summer breezes on the two decks. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on the deck to enjoy the ambiance of the mountains. Grill your most scrumptious foods on the propane grill as you unwind from the activities of the day. The property is large, people-friendly and provides an opportunity to play outdoor games or to have a barbecue on the patio with family and friends. As you walk into the beautiful, over-sized double glass doors, there is a spacious, open living room area with a huge, comfy sectional couch. There is also another seating area with two large love seats. The main television in the family room has been upgraded which contains most streaming apps that clients may access with their own login data. While you are relaxing, enjoy the big screen TV and deluxe sound system with CD/DVD and WiFi. Another seating area is provided with a Corduroy couch done in warm browns with a mountain décor and opens to a Queen sleeper sofa if needed. The magnificent moss rock gas fireplace towers to the ceiling to enhance this space for gatherings. Enjoy the spacious kitchen with beautiful knotty pine throughout and a double oven for planning family meals. The kitchen boasts an extended breakfast bar with four stools. Enjoy your Cappuccino or a delicious meal here. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room which seats 8. The 1/2 bath is located on this level as is the primary bedroom. It has a King-size bed with a beautiful bathroom, double sinks and a nice, large bath tub on the main level. The three other bedrooms are located on the lower level. The second has a King size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have a Queen bed. There is another lovely full-size bathroom on this level. Access to any other tv in the house will require your own streaming plug-in pin/remote (ROKU or Amazon Fire.) The large laundry room is located on this level with a utility tub and ironing board. The beaver colony within walking distance down the street provides a unique opportunity for cherished wildlife photos, as do the elk and horses in the meadow. Come enjoy all the aspects of this spacious home, feel the breezes, listen to the hummingbirds and watch the amazing wildlife galore in this beautiful vacation home!
