We only learned there was no air conditioning right before our arrival. Luckily we did not need it. If we had stayed two nights we would have wanted air conditioning in the middle of the day.. it was pricey for what it was, although comparable to other places in the area in high season. The jetted tub was very nice. We did hear people walking in the unit above us. This place is not luxurious, and it was perfectly nice, and comfortable. We especially liked using the barbecue grill outback next to the stream. Nice to hear the stream all night. I rated it four stars because of no air conditioning. At this price they should have AC especially with climate change, and the weather getting hotter. Excellent location. Only Minutes from the entry to Rocky Mountain national Park. We had the best time going into the park after dinner at around 7:30\. We saw moose and were able to park at Bear Lake. Wonderful to go at that time when we didn’t need a reservation and we saw Wildlife. We went back to the park at 7:30 AM with a reservation. We learned if we’d gotten there at 7 AM it would have been much better.. at 7 AM. We were told there were still parking spots and it would have been less crowded. ##### Judy U.
