Nice with the river right outside and a couple Elk wandering in the morning or evenings. Close to RMNP and east to get downtown Estes Park. Only negative was a couple of windows were broke and couldn’t open but would guess maintenance will get those fixed quickly when it has a couple open days. The view and sound of the creek off the back deck with sharply rising mountains as the backdrop was stunning and soothing. The unit itself was updated and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. The end unit location was nice and private. We were in town for a wedding and the unit met all our needs with spacious closet, iron, ironing board. The shower was great. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. Bachelor elk herd, beautiful babbling stream, no road noise. Easy access to RMNP entrance and town. Property overall was very quiet (just before high season) and clean. It's a little more tight than pictures make it the kitchen and living area appear, but we were only there evenings. The loft is not particularly insulated soundwise from the bedroom and has a skylight for early a.m. rays. Dishwasher is broken, not a big deal but would be nice to note. We were a little unsure how much we needed to do for checkout but went with "no list, no tasks". We would definitely stay here again with 3 or less. ##### Kim K.
