The bedrooms all have comfortable beds, and the master even has a fireplace. The downstairs is very open and family-oriented. We were able to cook, talk to the family and listen to the creek. We enjoyed morning coffee next to the creek while watching wildlife. Everything was perfect. This trip was likely our last as a family (our "kids" have begun moving out and spreading their wings), and we could not have wished for a better place to spend it. The large dining room table allowed us to share meals and play board games, and the couches in the great room allowed us to watch movies together. We saw small critters (hummingbirds, chipmunks, turkeys), several deer, and even had a late night visit from a curious black bear. It is close to Estes Park and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park (be sure to purchase timed entry permits). We communicated with the owners a couple of times, and they were very quick to respond and are very kind. This is a special property to them and it shows. We have rented through VRBO a number of times, and this home was the best by far. We would not hesitate to rent this home again, and hope to do so again someday. ##### Jeremy T.
