Cozy coffee bar off the living area, perfect for a slow morning with a book in hand! Kitchen equipped for long-term stay. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready. \*\*\* Note for peak Season: The first season rental (Jan-March) needs to start on or before January 1\. February must be rented with January or March (if January is rented first)\*\*\* The screened in lanai overlooks the golf course. The Pinecrest subdivision pool is right across your front door and at walking distance from the Stoneybrook clubhouse and main pool. WIFI included.
