Free WiFi. Welcome to this luxury villa located in Estepona. It has a private pool and capacity for 14 people. The beautiful and well-kept exteriors of the property are truly an oasis of peace designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There you will find a chlorine 12x5m swimming pool with a constant depth of 1m where you will be able to cool off, next to which you can relax while sunbathing on the sun loungers. There is also a large garden with a vegetable garden, a basketball area, a barbecue and a porch with a shaded table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the two-storey house offers spacious rooms where you can relax and unwind. On the ground floor there is a living room with AC and Smart TV and is open to the dining room, which has beautiful views of the sea and the garden. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need so you can cook independently. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are 6 bedrooms, all with AC. On the ground floor there are 3 of them: 2 doubles and 1 with 4 beds divided into 2 bunk beds. A toilet and a bathroom with bath complete this floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the rest of the bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower and another one with hydromassage bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. The property is located in an urbanization very close to Estepona, a town situated in an idyllic enclave surrounded by the sea and the mountains that will allow you to enjoy both. Here you will find markets, shops and all the facilities to make your experience unique. Its historic centre is perfect for getting lost while discovering the typical Andalusian architecture and its corners full of colourful flowerpots. While you are in the city, you can take the route of the murals, visiting those facades that have served as a canvas for the most varied artists. Of course, you can't leave the city without having tried some tapas or enjoyed a flamenco show. In a less urban environment, we encourage you to visit the natural areas of the area by hiking, horse riding or cycling, or to enjoy the Mediterranean by diving in its waters. (Bumk beds only for small children really especially the top ones as mattress latts bowed massively).In a stunning location 2-3kms above Estepona on the hillside. The pictures on the website don't do it justice as they show commercial district rather than lovely white washed town Very well equipped especially as there were 13 of us aged 6 - 72yrs and all happy.Fast streaming wifi and TV. Some minor issues but as we have used villas often there are always some. The owner respinded positively within 24hrs.The pool by the way is 1m deep across at the shallow end goung to circa 2m in the deep end. Which was fab. Villa Lina is excellent, with great facilities. There were a couple of very minor issues: some of the outside lights don't work and the large umbrellas don't have stands so cannot be used, but overall we had a lovely time and the property suited us very well. The villa is located about 2 miles north of Estepona up a steep and winding narrow road. Once there, the area is very quiet and peaceful, with stunning views over the coast. There are walks from the property in the hills opposite - some steep tracks but again simple enough with a little care. Shrubs and flowers provide plenty of interest and lovely aromoas. The villa has everything you need - the owners added some pool towels which was much appreciated to save on baggage space. The large lemon tree in the lower garden supplied the ideal finishing touch to our G&T, and there is mint and a few other herbs to pick from the various pots. We used the pool daily and enjoyed meals on the verandah or in the stone gazebo. Thanks to Homerti and the owners for a memorable visit. ##### Peter C.
