Welcome to this lovely apartment in the Wellingtonia complex in beautiful Estepona, only 11 minutes walk to the Centro Historico and 12 minutes to the beach.



Wellingtonia is a newly built urbanization of the highest standard, in addition to lovely gardens and the large pool, you also have free access to the urbanization's own paddle courts, which can be booked online free of charge. There is private parking in the garage for the car and the center and the beach is just a short walk away.



The Space:

When you step into the apartment you are greeted by a social living room and a fully equipped and open kitchen, here you have a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need to be able to cook on holiday.

Around the breakfast bar you have seating for 4 people, further into the living room you have a large Smart TV, 2 comfortable sofas and 2 rocking chairs to relax in.

From the living room you come out to the large balcony facing south, here you have a view of the pool and the paddle area. There is a nice dining group for 6 people and a lounge group to relax in.



Further into the apartment there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 single beds and wardrobes, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom, its own ensuite bathroom and all rooms have direct access to the large balcony.



The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI, washing machine and dishwasher, Smart TV, toaster, coffee maker and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person





The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
