Enjoy the on-site amenities including a seasonal swimming pool (open from January 1st to December 31st, 10:00 to 22:00), lounge, sauna, fitness room, and bicycle storage room. The complex also features communal covered parking, perfect for small to medium-sized cars.

Take advantage of the unconventional pool shape and WC in the pool area, allowing you to soak up the sun and enjoy refreshing dips in the shared swimming pool during your stay. The complex's convenient location puts you within walking distance of various attractions, including the historic city center (Centro historico de Estepona) just 100 meters away, the charming Puerto Estepona marina at 1.4 km, and the captivating Orchidarium Estepona at 800 meters.

The other room contains two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and forced-air heating, ensuring your comfort throughout your vacation.
