This stylish property features a spacious private terrace with outdoor dining, private parking, access to a heated pool open year-round, and a fully equipped communal gym. Inside, the apartment boasts a modern and functional design. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed (180x200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), ideal for children or guests. A second full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet are also available. The bright and airy living-dining room includes a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, armchairs and dining table for six. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and utensils for a seamless stay. Located on the ground floor, please note that four steps lead to the apartment entrance, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
