« We had a terrific stay at Lameshur Cottage! It was relaxing & comfortable, and in a quiet location for exploring the east end of St John. There are neat little groceries nearby to cook for yourself, but also places to eat out not far in Coral Bay.We enjoyed being so close to the great snorkeling in Salt Bay Pond and great birding opportunities. We could watch the huge flock of flamingos on the small pond below our porch, and had beautiful birds coming to the sugar feeder. The host, Bill, met us...

« We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the high-top balcony tables at which we could eat breakfast and lunch while looking over the bay, and the very responsive host (who even provided useful written info about restaurants, beaches, activities and stores). Because the unit was on the top (fourth) level of a four-story building, we could see over the palm trees on the lawn below and enjoy the view of the whole bay area. Note: there is no elevator but we didn't mind. The pool was lovely and had...

Everything is well thought out, from the layout to the amenities, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is quiet, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean.
