The owner and management were very responsive. The water heater went out on our second night and they had a plumber out the next day to install a new one! « The place is amazing!! If you are looking for a place with a spectacular view with easy access to pools and a beach, this is the place for you. There is a hill to walk, but you can drive to the pools and beach if you want.
