« When we arrived at William's property we were so happy that we had booked it. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, close to the beach and strip of Bondi, bus in both directions outside and a Nespresso Machine. The communication from William before and during our stay was really appreciated and he was making sure we had everything we needed. The property was nice and spacious for us with a nice big washing machine and plenty of drying space. We cooked breakfast each morning...

« We love the farmstead. So much to do, short drives to waterfalls and rivers, or chill on the deck watching the cows, feeding the sheep, or just stare into the distance at the amazing scenery. It’s our second time here, first time was for 3 nights, this time was a week and we didn’t want to leave. My 5 year old learnt to ride his little dirt bike here. Created some amazing memories »

« Our family had a fantastic stay. It was such a beautiful home and clean. The views were amazing. The lift was perfect for me as I can’t walk stairs. The beds were comfortable. Rebecca was a great host and very accommodating. A lovely little park up the street that our dog dragged my husband to everytime he went outside. Peaceful and beautiful area. Highly recommend staying here. »

« This little cozy studio style cottage was perfect. Fun, inviting, cosy and immaculately set up and beautifully styled with everything you could think of included, and thought out for you. The weather wasnt favourable for our stay so we unfortunately didnt get to use the outdoor space as much as we would have, but it looks perfect for quiet entertaining with the available furniture, lights and music. However, inside was just as beautiful and had plenty of options to keep us busy and engaged....

« We loved our mini break at House on a Rock - the house is lovely, the location incredible - amazing views of this beautiful part of the world. The location does mean access is tricky - challenging when you arrive with luggage and provisions for your stay. Not such an issue for us and the kids but it was not the easiest for my 85 year old Mother!! We all agree - House on a Rock was worth the effort. All in all - this is a special place and we hope to return. »

« The property is spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated and we had the most amazing long weekend for our annual Christmas family trip. The pool area was fantastic and although we stayed at the end of March we used it due to the location as it captured the afternoon sun. It’s a great walk into Bright and all its activities. »

« It's nice place to stay, was bit concerning about heating system(it's very cold in the morning & night nowadays) as it stated that only1 split system in the lounge room. we are glad to know that the new heating was installed in the bathroom, pls there are electric blankets in the bedrooms as well. not very happy with the press of hot water, not much hot water comes out even we turn it to the max (really need to fix it as there is not enough hot water to wash my hair due to the low pressure), the...

« The place was great, clean, and in an awesome neighbourhood. The hosts got back to me quickly and we had a lovely time. There are plenty of coffee shops and bars near by. Only thing I would mention is that the main floor bathroom is a bit of a "Harry Potter" closet - didn't give us any problems but something to note! Parking on the street can be tricky... but that's Sydney! »
