« Ailecek iki gece konakladık. Otel çok temiz, tam merkezi konumda, personel güler yüzlü, yardımcı, ilgili, odalar çok konforlu ama biraz fazla eşya olduğu için hareket alanı dar. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli, tatmin edici. Sadece otelin giriş bölümünde ağır bir koku (muhtemelen kanalizasyon) var, büyük mumlarla çözüm bulmaya çalışmışlar ama mümkün olmamış. Lobi’de oturmadığınız sürece sorun yok, otelin genelinde koku yok. »

« Très bel hôtel moderne bien équipé. Point négatif, il n y a pas d alcool au bar ni au restaurant. J aime bien boire un verre de vin avec mon repas. Aucune mention, ne signialait cet état de faîte. Je trouve que pour un hôtel Hilton 5 étoiles, cette particularité pas acceptable. Dommage, car tout le reste est très bon. »

« I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best. »
