In the district of Antas 13 km from the centre of Esposende, 61.5 km from the centre of Porto, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 6.3 km from the sea. Private: property 18'000 m2, wildlife garden and flowers, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine. Parking space n 3 on the premises. Grocery 750 m, supermarket 1.6 km, shopping centre 1.4 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bar 2 km, bakery 1.8 km, café 1.6 km, bicycle rental 12.4 km, bus stop 12 km, sandy beach "Praia de Antas" 6.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25.1 km, surf school 22.6 km, riding stable 16.5 km. Nearby attractions: Castro de São Lourenço 8.2 km, Monkey Park Esposende 15 km, Santuário de Nossa Senhora da Guia 9.3 km, Praia de Cepães 9.9 km, Viana do Castelo 17.3 km, Esposende Maritime Museum 12.8 km. Partly renovated in 2023, very cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with dining table and cable TV. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and electric heating. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto not incl)). Porch. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6), sitting area. Very beautiful view of the swimming pool, the garden, the countryside and lagoon. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house.
