It is a private property spanning 800 m2, fenced with a lawn, and offers parking for two cars on the premises. The house is well-equipped with amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, and parking, making it an ideal holiday rental for those seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Marinhas, Portugal.

Unit Layout  
The property is a 6-room house spanning 200 m2 over two levels, with modern and tasteful furnishings. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, CD-player, and DVD. This room has access to a terrace. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (152 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC, with an exit leading to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (not included). It also has a dining table and an exit to the garden. There is another shower/WC on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Outdoor amenities comprise a terrace measuring 40 m2, partly roofed, with terrace furniture, a barbecue, 5 deck chairs, and a box-room. Heating and underfloor heating are available for an additional cost.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor features four bedrooms, each with unique configurations. One room has two beds (125 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to a balcony. Another room includes a French bed (160 cm, length 220 cm) and a shower/WC. The third room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and the fourth room contains two beds (100 cm, length 188 cm). There is also a bath/WC with a hydro massage bathtub on this level. The property boasts beautiful views of the sea and has wooden floors throughout. It is important to note that when there are fewer than the maximum number of guests staying, not all bedrooms will be accessible for use.
