With panoramic views of the picturesque village and the majestic mountains, and a private pool, this villa is an oasis of tranquility just a few kilometers from wonderful beaches like Cala Banyalbufar and local amenities. The exterior of the villa is a true outdoor paradise. A spacious paved terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining and moments of relaxation under the Mallorcan sun. The impressive pool, located about 75 meters from the house and boasting generous dimensions (12m x 6m and a depth of 1.20 to 2.50 meters), invites you to take a refreshing swim with panoramic views of the mountains. Additionally, an outdoor shower offers the opportunity to cool off after a day of exploration. The barbecue allows you to prepare delicious outdoor meals, while the loungers and umbrellas offer comfortable spots for sunbathing and relaxing. Privacy is absolute in this space surrounded by fruit trees and fenced. The interior of the villa is cosy and comfortable. On the ground floor, the living room with central heating provides a welcoming space to unwind, equipped with satellite TV.
