Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 36 m² house in Espéraza to rent for up to 3 people. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
  
1st floor  
\- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom with shower and WC   
  
2nd floor   
\- Small sitting room with sofa bed (1 bed)   
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The house is ideally located in Espéraza, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Le Grand Marché du Dimanche d'Espéraza (renowned producers and craftsmen) 9 minutes' walk away  
Musée des Dinosaures and Musée de la Chapellerie 500 m away   
Lake Quillan  
Hike to the Pic de Bugarach, 40 minutes away by car   
Gorges de Galamus 1 hour away   
Camurac ski resort 1 hour away

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free on the street.
