Charming residence in the heart of Espalion, in a calm and green environment, overlooking the Calmont castle.  
The house is surrounded by a large shaded garden and a sunny terrace.   
The setting is peaceful, on the banks of the Lot, at the Porte de l'Aubrac, located on the way to St Jacques de Compostelle. the decoration of the house is neat so that you have a pleasant stay.  
panorama that the Lot Valley can offer.  
The house has 4 bedrooms that we provide you with; a master suite on the ground floor with a double bed overlooking a bathroom .; upstairs gives access to a large bedroom with kig size double bed and a single bed; one bedroom with three single beds and the last bedroom with a double bed, there is a shower room and separate toilet upstairs.  
On the ground floor, there is a beautiful entrance, with access to a cloakroom and toilet overlooking a beautiful and large living room with dining room and living room; a separate and equipped kitchen as well as a back kitchen; you will have access to the laundry room in the basement to do your laundry if you wish.  
The great advantage of this house is that it is located within a large plot with wide and tall pine trees in front of the house and a long meadow in the back. You will feel like you are in the countryside not far from Espalion, a small town of 4,500 inhabitants. you can reach the city center in 10 minutes on foot, from the weekly market, shops, swimming pool, tennis courts, the beautiful library, tea room…
