Apartment 1 is located in Eschlkam and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 55 m² property features a fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV.  
  
This property offers a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and playground for guests to enjoy.  
  
The area features many hiking trails and a free nature park. Hohenbogenwinkel, a trip to the Czech Republic, Drachensee, and the Bavarian Forest are recommended as well as the Animal Park Lohberg, the various restaurants of the region, Großer Arber, the Gasthaus zum Steinbruchsee, and a wide selection of museums.  
  
6 parking spaces are available on the property.  
  
Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.  
  
The homeowners kindly request to be informed ahead of time if guests will need a baby cot, a high chair, a baby bath, a changing mat, or utensils for children.
