"Our stay at the Saulo was lovely from beginning to end. My mom and I were greeted by Davidson at the reception who took care of us and directed us to a lovely room with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable, we had all the necessary amenities. The view was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel and the restaurant downstairs was also fantastic. "

"The room had a problem. The bathroom door was not closing. I raised this issue on the very first day and the host responded by saying that they will fix it, but they never did. After that, they stopped responding to my messages while I was still there.Imagine sharing a room with someone and you can’t be in the room while the other person is using the bathroom.I stayed there for 3 nights so they had enough time to fix the issue.I asked them for a compensation/refund. No response."
