Come and stay in this magnificent detached house, in the heart of the Lanruen estate, a 25-hectare private residence by the sea.  
With a beautiful southwest-facing terrace offering complete privacy, this property, which can accommodate up to 6 guests, is the perfect destination for family holidays.  
  
You will appreciate the peace and quiet and the ideal location of this house, just a few hundred meters from the beaches of Guen and Lanruen.  
  
This house offers:  
On the ground floor:  
  
\- A large, bright living room with a lounge area and dining table for 6 people, opening onto a magnificent terrace;   
  
\- A large library with a sofa and armchairs;   
  
\- A fully equipped, separate kitchen with: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, electric blender, electric mixer, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, and Nespresso coffee machine;   
  
\- A utility room with a fridge-freezer, sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer;   
\- A bathroom with a bathtub, shower screen, and sink;   
  
\- Separate toilet;   
  
On the first floor:  
  
\- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);
