Come and settle into this charming, renovated apartment in the heart of the lovely resort of Erquy, in a private residence, less than 250 meters from Erquy town beach, the town center, and shops.  
  
The residence offers almost immediate access to the town center as well as to the Centre and Caroual beaches.  
  
This two-room apartment, located on the first floor (no elevator), offers:  
  
\- A living room with a lounge area (sofa, armchair, television, board games), opening onto the balcony, and a dining table for four;   
  
\- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a sink, three-burner induction cooktop, range hood, oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, as well as various accessories (salad spinner, colander, utensils, pans, pots, etc.);   
  
\- A separate bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);   
  
\- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine;   
  
\- A separate toilet;   
  
\- Wi-Fi access subject to 5G network coverage.  
  
\- Parking in the building's underground garage in a private garage.
