Following on from the beaches of Caroual Centre and Caroual Nord, Saint-Pabu Beach, adjacent to Ville-Berneuf Beach, stretches like a long ribbon of fine sand until it reaches the neighboring town of Pléneuf-Val-André.  
Ideally located between Erquy and Pléneuf-Val-André, this seaside house welcomes you in a privileged setting with direct access to the beach.  
  
On the ground floor of this house, you will find:  
\- A living room with access to the terrace and the outdoors;   
\- A kitchen open to the living area;   
\- A first sleeping area with a sofa bed (140x190cm);   
\- A bathroom with shower;   
\- Separate toilet.  
  
On the mezzanine floor:  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) with a magnificent sea view;   
  
\- Private and secure parking.
